Rob played rugby for many years, but recently struggled with a herniated disc. This, along with an active London social life, led to Rob gaining some unwanted body fat. In 6 months, Rob lost 15kg, completed couch to 5k and got back to playing rugby.Before starting with Sam, I was definitely at a low point. My confidence was down, I'd just injured my back, and I was feeling lost about my fitness goals.
